IBM Spectrum Protect provides centralized, automated data protection that helps to reduce data loss and manage compliance with data retention and availability requirements. The data protection solutions that IBM Spectrum Protect provides consist of a server, client systems and applications, and storage media. IBM Spectrum Protect provides management interfaces for monitoring and reporting the data protection status.

		Veeam Data Platform Veeam is a software that provides data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Veeam Backup & Replication is a data protection solution that provides backup and recovery for virtual, physical, NAS, and cloud-native environments. It offers security for critical business data.

		Veritas Backup Exec Veritas Backup Exec is a data protection software product that protects business-critical data from being lost, stolen, or corrupted. It’s designed for customers with mixed physical and virtual environments, and who are moving to public cloud services.
		Veritas Desktop and Laptop Option Veritas Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) is a backup solution that protects Windows and Mac machines. It offers automated file protection for desktops and laptops, whether they are connected to a network or offline. DLO is intended to provide file-level protection for desktop user data, not a full system backup.
		Veritas NetBackup NetBackup is a complete and flexible data protection solution for a variety of platforms. NetBackup combines data management, automation, artificial intelligence, and elastic architecture to improve agility and data security. NetBackup Resiliency Platform is a solution that protects workloads in the cloud or on-premises. It offers a unified approach for visibility and control of IT service continuity for applications, virtual machines, and complex, multi-tier business services.
		Veritas System Recovery Veritas System Recovery is a backup and disaster recovery solution for servers, desktops, and laptops. It can quickly restore physical and virtual systems, even to different hardware, remote locations, or virtual environments.

DCS is a reliable and secure provider of energy-saving data centers, and offers 24-hour service from highly trained professionals. Our service is guaranteed by ISO 20000, the international standard for IT service management, and ISO 27001, the standard for Information Security management systems.

Our data centers are designed to be energy efficient and can save companies up to 30% on their energy costs in the long term. Our engineering professionals analyze and design our DC to have power usage effectiveness (PUE) lower than 1.7.

We operate 24/7 and have an automatic electrical distribution system, power generators, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) in case of a blackout. We prioritize security by implementing strict access processes, including the Room Access Control System and the Rack Access Control System, which records access history so that it can be checked on if needed.

Our data centers are designed to meet high security standards. We have a Live Environment Monitoring System to inspect and control our data center, VESDA air sampling smoke detectors to warn of impending fire hazards, and a FM200 clean agent fire suppression system to extinguish a fire quickly and cleanly without damaging computer hardware. We also have a Water Leak Detection System and fire-resistant walls, doors, and glass.

Our data center is located on the 6th floor of the Premier Place building on Srinakarin Road, which is considered a low-risk location that is safe from protests, effects from an earthquake, flood, and high voltage.

Disaster Recovery

		DRC Hot Site A disaster recovery hot site is a fully functional backup site, a backup facility that replicates the primary production facility. It includes the software, hardware, and network connectivity as the primary center, and enables real-time backup (data replication) of important data. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is near-zero. 		DRC Warm Site A disaster recovery warm site is to prepare the standby hardware ready to be used, but backup data must be sent to the site to install. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) can be 24-48 hours or more than depend on the amount of data. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is based on the most recent backup available. The data lost may be more than 24 hours. Warm-Site summary: partially redundant equipment network connectivity is enabled failover occurs within hours or days schedule of data synchronization minimum data loss
		DRC Cold Site A disaster recovery cold site is a backup facility with little or no hardware equipment installed. Using a cold site is very limiting to a business since before it can be used, hardware needs to be setup and backup data must be sent to the site to installed. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) can be 48 hours to a week. This is because hardware preparation and data installation are required, which depends on the amount of data. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is based on the most recent backup available. The data lost may be more than 24 hours. Cold-Site Summary: little or no equipment no network connectivity not ready for automatic failover no data synchronization high risk of data loss
		Office Continuity – Dedicated We offer dedicated office space to ensure your staff can stay productive while working off site. Enable businesses to continue their normal activities in a disaster situation.Office Facilities and equipment are dedicated and prepared to be used for each customer which include: dedicated room (office space) table and chair computer and printer telephone and internet access etc. Computers can be setup and prepared for use, whether it’s the OS or application according to the version you want to use.”
		Office Continuity – Shared We offer the office space to ensure your staff can stay productive while working off site.
