  No-gift Policy

The Premier Group of Companies has no policy of giving or receiving gifts of any kind, including cash, to business partners, except for gifts and hospitality in accordance with customary practices that are reasonable and aimed at maintaining good relationships with business partners, without expecting specific services or compensation that would be unethical in business practices.

The Group strictly prohibits the giving or receiving of gifts exceeding a reasonable value, including commissions, loans, profit-sharing in shares, or anything of a similar nature.

The giving or receiving of gifts and entertainment should adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. They must be in accordance with established customs and traditions
  2. They must be approximate, infrequent, and appropriate for the occasion.
  3. They must not violate any laws or regulations and must comply with the Group’s code of ethics and policies regarding conflicts of interest.
