DRC Hot Site
A disaster recovery hot site is a fully functional backup site that replicates the primary production facility. It includes software, hardware, and network connectivity like the primary site and enables real-time backup (data replication) of critical data..

  • Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is near-zero.
  • Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is near-zero

Hot-Site summary:

    • Fully redundant equipment
    • Network connectivity is enable
    • Failover occurs within hours or days
    • Near real-time data synchronization
    • Zero data loss
DRC Warm Site
A disaster recovery warm site is to prepare the standby hardware ready to be used, but backup data must be sent to the site to install.

  • Recovery Time Objective (RTO) can be 24-48 hours or more, depending on the amount of data.
  • Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is based on the most recent backup available. Data loss may be more than 24 hours

Warm-Site summary:

    • Partially redundant equipment
    • Network connectivity is enabled
    • Failover occurs within hours or days
    • Schedule of data synchronization
    • Minimum data loss
DRC Cold Site
A disaster recovery cold site is a backup facility with little or no hardware equipment installed. Using a cold site is very limiting to a business since before it can be used, hardware needs to be setup and backup data must be sent to the site to installed.

  • Recovery Time Objective (RTO) can be 48 hours a week. This is because hardware preparation and data installation are required, which depends on the amount of data.
  • Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is based on the most recent backup available. Data loss may exceed 24 hours

Cold-Site Summary:

    • Some or no equipment
    • No network connectivity
    • Not ready for automatic failover
    • No data  synchronization
    • High risk of data loss
    • Office Continuity – Dedicated
Office Continuity – Dedicated
We offer dedicated office space to ensure your staff can stay productive while working off-site. This enables businesses to continue normal activities during a disaster.

Office Facilities and equipment are dedicated and prepared to be used for each customer which include:

    • Dedicated room (office space)
    • Table and chair
    • Computer and printer
    • Telephone and internet access
    • etc.

Computers can be setup and prepared for use, whether it’s the OS or application according to the version you want to use.

Office Continuity – Shared
We offer the office space to ensure your staff can stay productive while working off site. Enable businesses to continue their normal activities in a disaster situation.

Office Facilities and equipment are prepared to be used which include:

    • Room (office space)
    • Table and chair
    • Computer and printer
    • Telephone and internet access
    • etc.

Computers require a deployment image before they are ready to use.
