On February 27, 2026, at the 1st floor Co-working space 1 of Premier Corporate Park, Datapro Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (DCS) held the Final Wrap-up Event for the Young Talent Program, marking the conclusion of the internship program for university students. 🎓

The Young Talent Program is an initiative designed to provide high-potential university students with the opportunity to gain real-world work experience in a professional environment under the mentorship of DCS’s expert teams. The program aims to prepare the next generation of talent for future careers through hands-on learning and development.

This year, DCS selected outstanding students from four leading institutions:

• King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang
• Silpakorn University
• Chiang Mai University

Interns were placed in key functional areas, including System Engineer, Software Development, UX/UI Design, and Network Engineer, and participated in the 3-6 months program 💻

To conclude the internship, the company organized a special presentation session where each student shared their reflections and achievements from the program. Presentation topics included:

• Their objectives and motivations for joining the program
• Expectations at the beginning of the internship
• Knowledge, skills, and experience gained through collaboration with DCS teams
• Contributions made to the company during the internship period

At the end of the event, Mr. Worrawat Korsurat, Deputy Managing Director- Delivery & IT Service Management of DCS, expressed her appreciation to all interns and offered valuable advice on preparing for professional success, encouraging them as they move forward in their careers 🌱

เมื่อวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ อาคารพรีเมียร์คอร์เปอเรทปาร์ค ชั้น 1 ห้อง Co-working space 1 บริษัท ดาต้าโปร คอมพิวเตอร์ ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด จัดกิจกรรมปัจฉิมนิเทศส่งท้ายโครงการ Young Talent สำหรับกลุ่มนักศึกษาฝึกงาน

Young Talent Program เป็นโครงการที่บริษัทฯ จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีศักยภาพ ได้เข้ามาเรียนรู้และฝึกประสบการณ์จากการทำงานจริงในสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร ภายใต้การดูแลของทีมงานของบริษัทฯ โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ให้มีความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ชีวิตการทำงาน บริษัทฯ ได้คัดเลือกนักศึกษาที่มีคุณสมบัติโดดเด่นจาก 3 สถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำ ได้แก่

• สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง
• มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร
• มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

นักศึกษาเหล่านี้ได้เข้าร่วมฝึกงานเป็นระยะเวลา 3-6 เดือน ในสายงานด้าน System Engineer, Software Development, UX/UI Design และ Network Engineer💻

เมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาโครงการ บริษัทฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรมส่งท้ายโครงการ Young Talent Program เพื่อให้นักศึกษาฝึกงานได้นำเสนอผลงานและสรุปประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับตลอดระยะเวลาการทำงานจริง โดยหัวข้อที่นักศึกษาได้นำเสนอ ได้แก่

• วัตถุประสงค์และแรงบันดาลใจในการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ
• ความคาดหวังก่อนเริ่มต้นการฝึกงาน
• ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ที่ได้จากการทำงานร่วมกับทีม
• ผลงานและการมีส่วนร่วมที่สามารถสร้างคุณค่าให้กับบริษัท

ในช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม คุณวรวัตร กอสุราษฎร์ Deputy Managing Director-Delivery & IT Service Management ได้ให้เกียรติมาร่วมกล่าวขอบคุณนักศึกษาฝึกงานทุกคน พร้อมให้คำแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริง เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและกำลังใจให้กับเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ 🌱
