On June 16, 2025, at the 5th floor conference room of Premier Corporate Park, Datapro Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (DCS) held the Final Wrap-up Event for the Young Talent Program, marking the conclusion of its 3-month internship initiative for university students.

The Young Talent Program is an initiative designed to provide high-potential university students with the opportunity to gain real-world work experience in a professional environment under the mentorship of DCS’s expert teams. The program aims to prepare the next generation of talent for future careers through hands-on learning and development.

This year, DCS selected outstanding students from four leading institutions:

• King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang
• King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi
• Khon Kaen University
• Ramkhamhaeng University

Interns were placed in key functional areas, including Software Engineering, Software Development, UX/UI Design, and Finance & Accounting, and participated in the 3-month program.

To conclude the internship, the company organized a special presentation session where each student shared their reflections and achievements from the program. Presentation topics included:

• Their objectives and motivations for joining the program
• Expectations at the beginning of the internship
• Knowledge, skills, and experience gained through collaboration with DCS teams
• Contributions made to the company during the internship period

At the end of the event, Ms. Wanna Kolsrichai, Chief Executive Officer of DCS, expressed her appreciation to all interns and offered valuable advice on preparing for professional success, encouraging them as they move forward in their careers.

The Young Talent Program reflects DCS’s commitment to supporting national human resource development by bridging academic learning with real industry experience and promoting sustainable collaboration between the education and business sectors.

DCS จัดกิจกรรมปัจฉิมนิเทศส่งท้ายโครงการ Young Talent Program

เมื่อวันที่ 16 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 5 อาคารพรีเมียร์ คอร์เปอเรท พาร์ค บริษัท ดาต้าโปร คอมพิวเตอร์ ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด จัดกิจกรรมปัจฉิมนิเทศส่งท้ายโครงการ Young Talent สำหรับกลุ่มนักศึกษาฝึกงาน

Young Talent Program เป็นโครงการที่บริษัทฯ จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีศักยภาพ ได้เข้ามาเรียนรู้ และฝึกประสบการณ์จากการทำงานจริงในสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร ภายใต้การดูแลของทีมงานของบริษัทฯ โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ให้มีความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ชิวิตการทำงาน บริษัทฯ ได้คัดเลือกนักศึกษาที่มีคุณสมบัติโดดเด่นจาก 4 สถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำ ได้แก่

• สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง
• มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี
• มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
• มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง

นักศึกษาเหล่านี้ได้เข้าร่วมฝึกงานเป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน ในสายงานด้าน Software Engineer, Software Development, UX/UI Design และงานบัญชีการเงิน

เมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาโครงการ บริษัทฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรมส่งท้ายโครงการ Young Talent Program เพื่อให้นักศึกษาฝึกงานได้นำเสนอผลงาน และสรุปประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับตลอดระยะเวลาการทำงานจริง โดยหัวข้อที่นักศึกษาได้นำเสนอ ได้แก่

• วัตถุประสงค์และแรงบันดาลใจในการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ
• ความคาดหวังก่อนเริ่มต้นการฝึกงาน
• ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ที่ได้จากการทำงานร่วมกับทีม
• ผลงาน และการมีส่วนร่วมที่สามารถสร้างคุณค่าให้กับบริษัท

ในช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม คุณวรรณา คลศรีชัย ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (CEO) ได้ให้เกียรติมาร่วมกล่าวขอบคุณนักศึกษาฝึกงานทุกคน พร้อมให้คำแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริง เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและกำลังใจให้กับเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่

โครงการ Young Talent Program ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความตั้งใจของบริษัทฯ ในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลของประเทศ โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง และการเชื่อมโยงภาคการศึกษากับภาคอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน
